Your journey will start with a 10 day theory programme covering all aspects of running and managing your new business. This will include:

Team structure and effective recruitment

Marketing your restaurant from pre-launch to promoting ongoing growth

How to effectively deliver our famous customer service experience

Being a franchisee – what is expected from you, and what you can expect from us

Finance, reporting and P+L management

Successful day-to-day operation of your business

How to maximise your potential as a new business owner

You (and your appointed manager if applicable) will also then be invited to spend 20 days working in one of our established restaurants so that you can gain invaluable hands-on experience in every aspect of the business including:

Kitchen & Front of House operations

Cleaning & maintenance duties

Book keeping & statutory compliance

Stock ordering & EPOS training

In addition, our support staff will work with you in your new restaurant for 4 weeks to help recruit and train staff, and assist you in a successful grand opening. You’ll have all the tools and resources you need to confidently launch your new business and grow it for many years to come.
