Who we’re looking for
We’ve spent a great deal of time and effort on meticulously developing how our restaurants work, and creating robust internal systems to replicate that in any setting. For this reason, you don’t need to have experience of working in, or running, a restaurant to benefit from being part of the Just Pizza & Pasta franchise.
It is an advantage if you do, but our training and support systems are designed to coach you in everything you need to know. Likewise, you don’t need to have operated your own business before, either. However, even with all the help we can give you, and access to our proven model, being your own boss in this industry is always going to be challenging.
For this reason, we are looking for a certain skillset and mindset in our future partners. These include:
Some management experience, or track record of leading teams
An understanding of the importance of customer experience & customer service
Excellent communication & people skills
Strong organisational & time management skills
A fundamental, or better, understanding of accounts & finances
Attention to detail and a keen eye for opportunities
The ability to solve problems and adapt quickly
A willingness to learn new skills and follow the prescribed business model
Most important of all, however, is that you have really got to want it.
How successful your business will become is ultimately down to you, and so you really need to be someone who is willing to give this opportunity their all. You need to be 100% committed and dedicated to making this work, and have the drive and passion necessary to turn your ambitions into a reality.
